At COOLWAY, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
